Collaborated closely with school directors, providing strategic advice on budget management, employee retention, and further topics. Acted as a liaison with college leadership, faculty, and external partners, representing the interests of directors, both exceeding the scope of my job description.

Advised approximately 400 master’s graduate-level students per semester regarding enrollment, paths to graduation, certification, and more. Evaluated their progress upon request and guided them towards classes that would help them graduate and in their future workplaces.

Conducted student recruitment through open houses and college fairs. Created action plans and programs of study for students to encourage academic progress and academic standing.

 Supervised one undergraduate student during preparations of materials for conferences, offering guidance and assistance. Created and updated department’s marketing brochures, flyers, and other materials, coordinating with marketing and personnel committees. Distributed visual media and written content to department’s social media outlets and engaged with followers, raising brand awareness of the school.

Assisted in bringing the department’s 75th anniversary and other events to completion, ensuring successful alumni engagement within a budget of $4500.
